TERMS OF SALE
REFUND POLICY All Item sales are final. Your unused Acclaim Coins are refundable should you decide to permanently close your Account (Note: you will lose the game characters and all items in all the games you are playing).
Send email at contact@acclaim.com from the email addresses of your Account to request the refund. Awarded Acclaim Coins are non-refundable. If you are banned for breaking the Rules of Conduct, you will not receive a refund until you are restored if at all to an active player account.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Acclaim accepts credit cards payment through PayPal or Click & Buy.
SALES TAX
- Purchases will include sales tax based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of purchase. We will only charge tax in states where digital media content is taxable. No customers are eligible for tax exemptions.
GAMES AVAILABILITY
- Acclaim reserves the right to change virtual items, the pricing and availability inside our games without notice. Acclaim also reserves the right to discontinue any game at anytime for any reason.
