7.  I bought the wrong gender ring. How do I choose the right gender ring?

When you are buying the ring ensure that you are in the right window (Male/Female). (if you buy him/her ring, choose the correct gender by clicking on the ‘gender icon’ in the game before you buy the ring. (The blue icon [for boys] and pink icon [for girl] just at the bottom left of your character) then go to the rings and gift him/her the same type of ring you bought for yourself.

Remember that you need to have the same kind of ring, the male should have the male version and female needs the female version of Wedding Ring. It is not possible to possess two different types of ring.

10.  The arrows do not sync with the song/ my character randomly stops dancing:

You may be facing a network lag. As you know that this is an online game and while playing, you are connected to our game servers every time.

While game play, your computer sends and receives information in form of packets continuously. Latency is the proper name for the time it takes a packet of information to be sent from the sender to the server over a network. A Lag is general name for high latency and more specifically when it is noticeable. If the latency is low, you don't notice any lag, the longer it takes a packet to cross the network, the more lag you have.

At the time of lag, you see the characters behaving in an improper manner or not responding in a normal way, because at that time you are not receiving the information about the movement of characters in due time from our servers.

A lag generally occurs due to slow internet connectivity. We request you to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to check for any internet connectivity issues in your area.
